Refunds are not permitted, however we offer a 90-day replacement warranty on defective products.
Please contact CAPCOM's customer service before sending your game back to us. The phone number is 650-350-6700.
To replace your software you will need a sales receipt dated within the 90-day warranty period. If your purchase was made via the online store, your sales receipt is your confirmation email or a copy of your invoice. If you do not have a copy of your confirmation email, your invoice can be obtained by clicking here and logging into your order.
CAPCOM U.S.A., Inc. warrants its software to the original purchaser that CAPCOM software is free from defects for a period of 90-days as stated in the manual. If the disk has been misused or the 90-day warranty has passed, a $20 fee will be assessed to replace the software.
Please use a traceable delivery method when sending products to CAPCOM.
